Stop the world I want to get off..............
I really don't know where the time is going at the moment weeks just seem to fly by in an instant, and Christmas is just around the corner.
I'm looking forward to a relatively quiet week, no orthodontist appointments, no university visits, no interviews and no husband at home all week just because he has holiday to use up, I tell you I don't mind when I have a bit of a warning but when he announces on Friday oh by the way I'm off next week, well you can imagine can't you, thank god he can carry the other week over till next year hehehe love him really.
Right what have I been up to, well all of the above as well as a trip to Ikea and a migraine thrown in for good measure, I've done quite a bit of sewing for swaps and Christmas presents so no photos I'm afraid, I'm also making tiny bunting, the only reason is I couldn't bear to throw the little bits of fabric away and that's the only thing I could think of making, I'll let you know how it turns out.
I also have a miniature tailors dummy which needed covering so I used some of the scraps for that, so all in all I've been quite productive considering all that's been going on, but I'm really looking forward to a much quieter week..........famous last words!!!
Speak soon
Kate.

It's scary how quickly Christmas is creeping up isn't it!

I've had a great weekend to run some errands and cross a few things off the to do list as my next week is manic... birthdays... weddings....

Have a good week

Victoria xx

PS My mum says exactly the same about my dad when he takes holiday... it's worse as he's semi-retired so he's home more often than not as it is!!!

Me too!!!!!
I don't even know what day it is! I was off yesterday but it's my only day off in 11 days!
Haven't even thought about the very few gifts I have to give. I think I must be crazy taking on fairs at this time of year but it's not just that. Yesterday I spent most of the day cleaning as my last day off was a week ago so everything needed to be done again :(
Hope you have a slow & steady week & get everything done :) x

I hope you get to have a relaxing week! Have a cuppa, put your feet up and have a bit of indulgence time! Time flies so fast, I now have to be writing constant lists in the run up to christmas to keep ahead of myself! xxx

I know just what you mean about having men under your feet unexpectedly! Mine occasionally 'works from home'. I wish he wouldn't!

I know what you mean....my husband is going to be off for 2 weeks over Christmas. Love him to bits, but I am going to be totally busted about the amount of time I spend fiddling about with bits of wool! country mouse xx

Hi Kate, thanks so much for popping over to my blog and leaving a comment. We're both Green Day fans ... yes, they were brill weren't they?!

And, you have mad, skatboarding sons too! Would love to "do" a Festival with our 2 this summer - it's on my wish list, but which one? and ... just how bad are the toilets??! Lol!

Right, off for a browse around your Blog ...
